At No Knockout, we believe that no child should be forced to give up the activities they love because of financial hardship.
Across Berkshire and Hampshire, many families face unexpected financial challenges that can place enormous pressure on household budgets. When this happens, participation in sport and the arts is often one of the first things at risk. For a young person, this can mean losing not only a hobby, but also friendships, confidence, routine, personal development, and a sense of belonging.
Our intent is to help children and young people continue participating in the sports, creative arts, and community activities that are already an important part of their lives. Whether that is rugby, hockey, dance, music, theatre, or countless other activities, we aim to provide support when families need it most.
We recognise that we cannot help every child who faces these challenges. However, through the generosity of our supporters and partners, we are committed to helping as many young people as possible remain connected to the activities that help them thrive.
By providing assistance towards membership fees, subscriptions, equipment, training costs, and other participation expenses, we help reduce the risk of children being left behind due to circumstances beyond their control.
Our vision is a community where financial hardship does not mean missed opportunities, lost friendships, or unrealised potential. We want every child we can reach to have the chance to continue developing their talents, pursuing their passions, and remaining part of the communities that matter to them.
